We are LocalMart and Thirsty Cellars, a well-established local business with an experienced team of +40 years’ across our industries. We are looking for right individuals to expand our Lake Illawarra team.

If you are enthusiastic and passionate about retail, in particular grocery & liquor as well as getting to know the locals, then this role maybe for you. Our focus is to provide an outstanding level of local personalized customer service by not only sharing our knowledge of exclusive labels and low prices but also effectively merchandising our categories to ensure the highest standard of presentation and shopability.

Suitable candidates will need to be available to work across our seven day roster, which includes some weekends and public holidays.

Our available positions will range between 15 to 38 hours for the right individuals.

The experience and qualifications that we are seeking will consist of a minimum 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within the supermarket industry. You must hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation and be legally entitiled to work here in Australia.
