Job summary

Simone Pérèle Australia is seeking a natural leader to run one of our premium stores – with autonomy to manage the business as your own and a rewarding bonus scheme. This is a Full Time role at the David Jones Elizabeth Street store.

You will own the daily running of the store, coach your team to exceed sales budgets, maintain luxury standards, and partner with your Regional Manager to shape the brand in Australia. Generous product discounts and referral bonuses are offered.

• Proven track record of driving sales and hitting KPIs in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily running of a Simone Pérèle store and reflect the standards of a global luxury brand.
• Coach, train and motivate the team to achieve sales budgets and deliver elevated fitting experiences.
• Set the floor tone with hands-on leadership, visual merchandising standards, and a standout customer experience.
• Manage rostering, stock levels and floor positioning to keep the store running at its best.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to hit store and company goals and shape brand strategy in Australia.

• Lingerie or fashion retail experience is a bonus, not a requirement - full product and fit training is provided.
