Job summary

Simone Pérèle Australia is seeking a natural leader to run one of our premium stores on a casual basis, offering approx. 10–20 hours per week at Birkenhead Point.

No lingerie experience required to get started; full product, styling and fit training provided, with opportunities for career growth within a family-owned brand present in 90+ countries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel good.
• A team player who's reliable, energetic and keen to learn.
• Sharp communication - with customers and your team alike.
• Comfort with the day-to-day pace of retail - stock, presentation and a busy shop floor.
• Lingerie or fashion retail experience is a bonus, not a requirement - full product and fit training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and fit customers with warmth and genuine care, delivering an elevated, expert fitting experience every time.
• Support the Store Manager in hitting store sales budgets and individual sales targets.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and a floor that's always customer-ready.
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment and general day-to-day store presentation.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
