Job summary

Diamond Nail Supplies, a leading nail and beauty supplier in Western Sydney, is expanding its team. We seek enthusiastic individuals for casual and permanent part-time Sales Assistant roles, available a minimum of 3 days per week, to deliver outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers.

• Must provide excellent customer service in-store, over phone/email and online channels.

• Willing to learn product knowledge and systems used in-store.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks and POS usage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store.
• Provide relevant advice and product information to meet customer needs.
• Explain product application procedures to customers.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with marketing to create nail art content for website/socials.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders.
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandising is tidy.
• Support with general store organization and cleanliness.

Diamond Nail Supplies is a leading nail and beauty supplier in Western Sydney who is expanding our team! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are available a minimum of 3 days per week for casual and permanent part-time Sales Assistant positions to deliver outstanding customer service to our retail and wholesale customers. Familiarity and knowledge in nail technology or beauty trends and fluency in Vietnamese would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and interacting with customers in store

Providing relevant advice and technical information suitable to the customer needs via in store/phone/email/social platforms

Demonstrating or explaining the application procedure of products to customers

Processing payments using POS system

Liaising with the marketing team to create content such as nail art designs or tutorials to share on our website or online socials

Picking, packing and dispatching of online, phone and email orders

Stock replenishments and merchandising

Assisting with organisation and cleanliness

Other ad hoc duties as required

Required Skills:

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to learn product knowledge and systems

Desired Skills (But Not Required):

Fluent in Vietnamese

Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
