Hall & Prior Aged Care Group is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to deliver memorable customer experiences at Sydney Airport. You will work across a rotating roster, supporting merchandising, stock handling and store presentation while contributing to a high-performing team focused on sales targets and service excellence.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver memorable customer experiences as a Casual Sales Assistant at Sydney Airport, working across [terminal/store locations not confirmed, please advise]. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand that brings smiles, sweet moments and premium experiences to travellers every day.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working 2 to 5 shifts per week across a rotating 7-day roster, with trading hours from 5am to 9pm
• Supporting merchandising, stock handling, and store presentation
• Contributing to a high-performing team focused on sales targets and service excellence
• Representing the brand with confidence and charisma, delivering memorable customer interactions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
• Full Australian working rights and access to reliable transport
• A vibrant, welcoming personality and strong interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Availability across trading hours from 5am to 9pm, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
