Job summary

Blue Illusion is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant for our Mornington boutique, working approximately 31 hours per fortnight with a roster that includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday and every second Sunday.

You will deliver personalised service, help with deliveries and stock, assist online orders and click-and-collect, and support visual merchandising while building deep product knowledge and genuine customer connections.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Fashion retail experience is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading during peak season.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role
