Crosskeys Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimator to join our Marleston, SA based team. The role leads client consultation, site quoting, and accurate project estimating for residential renovations, extensions and home lift installations.

We require a stable, detail-oriented estimator who delivers profitable quotations, protects margins and builds long-term client trust. You will be the front face of our residential division, supported by an experienced PM team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating & sales experience with a residential renovations focus.
• Proven track record of accurate, profitable quoting.
• Deep understanding of residential renovation labour, materials costs & site variables.
• Strong client communication and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Generate, nurture and convert new sales leads within residential building & renovation markets.
• Conduct site consultations, measure projects, clarify scope & expectations.
• Prepare detailed, profitable quotations for renovations, extensions and home lift installations.
• Maintain pricing discipline and protect company margins.
• Manage full client sales journey from enquiry to handover to PM team.
• Keep client records, track quotes and update CRM.
• Collaborate with PMs to ensure quoted scope matches on-site delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities while communicating transparently with clients.
• Monitor local Adelaide market pricing and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client and industry interactions.

Crosskeys Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimator to join our growing team based in Marleston, SA.

This is a core company leadership role responsible for all client consultation, site quoting, accurate project estimating, and new business growth. You will be the front face of our residential and commercial renovation, extension, and home lift division.

We are specifically looking for a stable, detail-oriented, experienced estimator who can produce profitable, accurate, no-under-quote pricing and build long-term client trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, nurture and convert new sales leads within residential building & renovation markets
• Conduct professional site consultations, measure projects, clarify client scope & expectations
• Prepare highly detailed, accurate, profitable project quotations for renovations, extensions and home lift installations
• Maintain strict pricing discipline, eliminate under-quoting and protect company profit margins
• Manage full client sales journey: enquiry, quoting, follow-up, negotiation, handover to PM team
• Maintain organised client records, quote tracking and CRM updates
• Collaborate with internal project managers to ensure quoted scope matches on-site delivery
• Identify genuine upsell opportunities while maintaining transparent client communication
• Monitor local Adelaide market pricing, competitor trends and industry standards
• Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales conversion targets
• Represent the company professionally at all client and industry interactions

What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• 5+ years genuine construction estimating & sales experience (RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION FOCUS)
• Proven track record of accurate, profitable quoting (critical requirement)
• Deep understanding of residential renovation labour, material costs & site variables
• Confident, professional client communication — able to manage client expectations firmly and politely
• Strong attention to detail, zero tolerance for careless under-quoting
• Ability to work independently, self-manage leads and prioritise workload
• Proficient in estimating tools, Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
• Valid Australian driver licence & own reliable vehicle for site visits
• Stable work history, reliable attitude and long-term mindset
