Job summary

Neilson Financial Services is hiring a Sales Agent for a full-time, office-based role at our Barangaroo office in Sydney. You’ll work with warm leads, receive full training, and have a clear path for progression.

Expect a base salary of $65,000 plus Bonuses and Super, with On-Target Earnings of $78,000–$91,000 in year one. The position offers a bold start date of 19 October 2026, a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, and a Thursday-to-Friday lunch bonus culture with ongoing incentives

Base Salary : $65,000 + Bonuses + Super
On-Target Earnings : $78,000 – $91,000 in your first year (excluding Super)

What to expect from the interview process

We want this to be a great fit for both you and us. Our process is designed to give you a real feel for the role and help us understand your strengths:

• 30-minute video interview – we test for transferrable and core skills
• 30-minute in-person interview at our Barangaroo office, including a conversation with the Contact Centre Manager about a day in the life of the role, and time for you to ask any questions you have

Working hours & location

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Barangaroo office, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. This means no weekends and no late-night shifts. Important to note it’s a fortnightly payment pay schedule, with bonuses paid out monthly.
