Neilson Financial Services Limited in Sydney's CBD (Barangaroo) is hiring a Sales Agent starting 19 October 2026. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 plus bonuses and super, with on-target earnings of $78,000–$91,000 in the first year.

You'll work with warm leads (no cold calling) and receive comprehensive training from day one. The role is full-time and office-based, with a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm and monthly bonuses.

Location: Sydney CBD (Barangaroo)
Base Salary: $65,000 + Bonuses + Super

What you’ll be doing

• Talk with customers over the phone about life insurance products

• Understand their needs and guide them through policy options

• Support customers in making confident, informed decisions

• Hit individual and team sales targets in a structured, warm-lead environment

• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required

What to expect from the interview process

We want this to be a great fit for both you and us. Our process is designed to give you a real feel for the role and help us understand your strengths:

1. 30-minute video interview – we test for transferrable and core skills

1. 30-minute in-person interview at our Barangaroo office, including a conversation with the Contact Centre Manager about a day in the life of the role, and time for you to ask any questions you have

Working hours & location

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Barangaroo office, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. This means no weekends and no late-night shifts. Important to note it’s a fortnightly payment pay schedule, with bonuses paid out monthly.
