Job summary

ALOIS Australia is seeking a hands‑on IAM Enterprise Tech Lead to support critical identity services. You will bring deep SailPoint, Radiator, and RSA Authentication Manager expertise with ownership for 24/7 operations and L3/L4 escalation management.

You will act as SME, contribute to problem resolution, and drive stability and automation across IAM services in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proven L3/L4 support and problem ticket resolution as an individual.
• Strong incident handling, RCA, and system troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in production support environments for critical security services.
• Identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
• Authentication and MFA workflows knowledge.
• RBAC and governance concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, 24/7 operations environments.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM / Okta / Active Directory integrations.
• Cloud IAM exposure (Azure/AWS).
• PowerShell or Java/BeanShell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery with IAM services SME ownership.
• Own and manage incidents, problem tickets, and escalations.
• Drive deep troubleshooting, RCA, and long-term fixes.
• Support validation, integration troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Engage stakeholders, security teams, and application owners.
• Provide proactive communications during incidents and escalations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Drive governance and audit readiness across IAM lifecycle.

Job Description – Network Security Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for telecom network transformation, migration, and modernization programs.
• Experience in project such as Firewall migration, micorsegmentation, network transformation etc.
• Work closely with network engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises across network and telecom domains.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between current-state and target-state network environments, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Support delivery of projects involving IP/MPLS networks, SD-WAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS integrations, network monitoring platforms, and service assurance solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, vendors, and testing teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business outcomes, manage defect triage, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Track project requirements, risks, dependencies, and change requests using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare executive reports, status updates, business cases, and stakeholder communications to support project governance and decision-making.
