Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Australia is seeking an IAM specialist to design, implement, and support SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow solutions. You will onboard enterprise apps, develop connectors, and manage identity lifecycles with governance controls.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IAM/IGA experience, API integrations, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Java or Python). This role offers opportunities to influence security across Australia and APAC regions.

About the Role :

The role supports an enterprise Identity and Access Management team delivering secure identity governance, application onboarding, integrations and operational support.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow implementation and support.
• Strong IAM and IGA knowledge, including JML, provisioning, access certification and role management.
• Proven application onboarding, connector development and integration experience using REST APIs, JSON and web services.
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Java or Python.
• Good to have -SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow certification.
• Good to have -Large-scale enterprise IAM implementation experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, configure and support SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow solutions.
• Onboard enterprise applications and develop or customize connectors and integrations.
• Configure identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows, provisioning, role management, access certifications and governance controls.
• Develop and maintain REST API, JSON, web services and scripting-based integrations; troubleshoot IAM incidents, access issues and provisioning failures.
• Collaborate with application owners, security and infrastructure teams; support platform enhancements, upgrades, operations and compliance with IAM standards.
