Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Safety and Training Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team on a permanent basis. Based in Brisbane, you will deliver HSE support and company-specific training programs across Queensland and beyond, fostering safety culture and capability.

You will coordinate the Leading the Safe Way Supervisor program, facilitate workshops (in person and virtual), and engage with diverse teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Essential qualification in Training and Assessment.
• WH&S related diploma or higher preferred, with relevant sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Leading the Safe Way Supervisor program.
• Support learning and organisational development initiatives across projects in multiple locations.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops and design/evaluate training programs.
• Provide HSE advice and support across sites.
