Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Safety Optimisation Manager to drive continuous improvement across assurance activities, governance processes and safety outcomes. You will lead safety reviews, audits and assurance activities, reporting to senior stakeholders while leveraging data, technology and AI to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in safety, risk, assurance, or quality within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and risk controls.
• Experience delivering audits and assurance reviews.

• Develop governance processes and uplift assurance capabilities.
• Use data, technology and AI-enabled approaches to improve outcomes.
