Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Safety Manager for on-site leadership across multiple live commercial builds in Sydney. You will lead safety on site, identify risks, and implement proactive controls while building strong relationships with project teams and subcontractors.

The role requires practical, hands-on management, a solid knowledge of WHS legislation, and the ability to influence safety outcomes at all levels within a dynamic construction environment.

Formación

• Experience in a Safety Manager, Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Advisor role within Australian commercial new build construction.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, safety management systems, risk assessment and compliance.
• The confidence to engage with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, influencing safety outcomes at all levels.
• A practical, proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Relevant WHS qualifications and a current driver's licence.

Our client is a well respected national builder with a strong track record delivering commercial new build projects across Sydney.

They're looking to appoint a Safety Manager who can bring a practical, confident approach to managing safety on site.

Working across live commercial projects, you'll be responsible for maintaining high safety standards, working closely with construction teams and ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day realities of construction. You'll need to be comfortable engaging with people at all levels, providing clear direction where needed and building the relationships that make safety processes work in practice.

They are open to an established Safety Manager or an experienced Safety Advisor looking for an opportunity to take on greater responsibility.

You’ll ideally bring:
