Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a dedicated SEQ professional to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of Safety, Environment and Quality systems. The role involves monitoring compliance, coordinating audits, and driving corrective actions while providing expert advice, training and reporting on SEQ matters.

You will partner with stakeholders to elevate safety, environmental and quality performance and contribute to a culture focused on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

About you

You are a collaborative and detail-oriented SEQ professional with experience in safety, environmental and quality management systems. You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to translate compliance requirements into practical solutions that support operational success.

This role can be based either in Mortlake or Windsor, with availability travel regularly between ferry locations to provide operational oversight, leadership and support where required.
