Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams within industrial, energy, manufacturing, logistics, terminal or process environments.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others.
• Experience managing terminal operations, asset management programs and capital project delivery.
• Understanding of HSSE systems, regulatory compliance and safe work practices.
• Ability to balance business priorities, stakeholder expectations and operational requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and drive operational performance and continuous improvement across the site.
• Provide leadership across health, safety, security and environmental compliance, asset management, emergency preparedness and workforce capability.
• Lead the delivery of safe, reliable and efficient terminal operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Asset Integrity Management and capital projects to ensure long-term reliability.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with regulators, local government, community representatives and business partners.
