Job summary

Fulton Hogan in NSW seeks a Safety Coordinator for the Eastern Region Construction project to embed safety systems, drive compliance and support delivery of road upgrades. You will coordinate safety reporting, inspections and documentation, and support investigations to close out corrective actions.

Collaborating with project teams across site and office, you’ll monitor safety performance, identify improvements, and promote a proactive safety culture to protect workers and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safety, compliance or coordination role within construction, infrastructure, or similar operational environment.
• Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple priorities across site and office environments.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of project safety systems and processes.
• Coordinate safety reporting, inspections, audits and documentation requirements.
• Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and close-out activities.
• Monitor safety performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
