Lion's Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe is seeking a Safety Partner to partner with site leaders, coach teams and strengthen safety culture across operations.
You will implement Lion's safety systems, drive risk reduction and support incident, emergency and return-to-work processes. This role focuses on guiding, influencing and building capability rather than doing safety alone, at one of Lion's most recognised sites.
Help shape a strong safety culture at one of Lion’s largest and most recognised operational sites.
At Lion, we’re home to some of Australia’s most iconic and loved beer and beverage brands, including Tooheys, XXXX, Hahn, Stone & Wood and Kirin Hyoketsu. Behind those brands are passionate teams working across our breweries and operations, with safety at the heart of how we work.
We’re looking for a Safety Partner to join us at our Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe – a significant operational site within Lion. You’ll work closely with site leaders and teams, helping build their safety capability, manage operational risk and strengthen a culture where everyone takes ownership for keeping themselves and each other safe. The role is focused on coaching, guiding and influencing rather than simply being the person who “does safety.”
You’ll support the implementation of Lion’s safety systems and processes while building leader capability and driving continuous improvement across the site.
