Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced Agile Lead to support a large Federal Government digital program in Canberra. You will coach multidisciplinary ICT teams, facilitate agile delivery activities and boost maturity across the program with NV1 security clearance.

Key responsibilities include steering Program Increment planning, removing impediments, enabling Product Owners, and delivering actionable delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience supporting agile product delivery in complex ICT environments.
• At least five years of experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary ICT delivery teams.
• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and enabling high-performing, self-organising teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working on Australian Federal Government projects.
• Experience working with SAFe Agile Release Trains in large-scale delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor agile teams in adopting and improving agile practices.
• Facilitate Program Increment Planning, iteration planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and help remove impediments affecting delivery.
• Support Product Owners and delivery teams with prioritisation and dependency management.
• Develop meaningful delivery metrics and reporting covering team performance and predictability.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and action tracking.
• Foster collaboration across multiple teams and governance forums.
• Maintain effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement and business continuity throughout delivery.
