Job summary

Capgemini in Victoria, Australia, is seeking an experienced SAC Financial Planning Consultant to lead SAP Analytics Cloud Planning initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting and performance management, across client organisations.

You will partner with finance leaders and FP&A teams, design and implement end-to-end SAC Planning solutions, build financial models, and coordinate with offshore delivery teams on large-scale SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience delivering EPM, FP&A or financial planning solutions.
• Strong hands-on SAC Planning experience, including end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning and management reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAC Planning with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Datasphere and other enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work confidently with senior finance leaders and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Leading the discovery, design and delivery of SAC Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Partnering with Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial visibility and decision-making.
• Building financial models, planning applications and data integrations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Working closely with client teams and offshore delivery teams as part of large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout implementation, from design through to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
