Job summary

Capgemini Australia seeks a SAC Financial Planning Consultant to lead enterprise planning initiatives using SAP Analytics Cloud. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and stakeholders to deliver integrated planning capabilities, combining strong financial planning knowledge with SAC technical execution.

You will work with onshore client teams and offshore SAP specialists, acting as the primary contact and contributing strategic thought leadership to both clients and Capgemini's SAP practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), financial planning, or FP&A solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud Planning experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAC Planning implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience integrating SAC Planning with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Datasphere and non-SAP systems.
• Experience working with senior finance stakeholders and executives.
• SAP Analytics Cloud Planning certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise SAC planning solutions.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and stakeholders to deliver integrated planning capabilities.
• Combine financial planning expertise with SAC technical work including CDS views and data extraction.
• Be part of an onshore team working with client and offshore SAP teams.
• Act as primary contact for customers during implementation and build processes.
• Contribute thought leadership to grow client and internal SAP practices.
