Job summary

This role reports to the Regional Lead and drives onboarding activities, data migration, training, and launch across multiple projects, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience in managing projects and keeping them on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding from kickoff to launch and ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Configure and launch clients on the platform and guide adoption.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects with timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with venue stakeholders to tailor solutions.
