Job summary

Objective Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for SaaS delivery across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead customer-facing software implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage multiple projects, govern scope and budgets, and nurture long-term relationships that extend beyond go-live.

Qualifications

Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects.
Experience working for a SaaS vendor, software company or technology consultancy.
Strong project financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines and risk.
Build strong partnerships with customers and become their trusted delivery advisor.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects.
Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure customers realise long-term value.
Drive project governance, reporting and commercial outcomes.
Contribute to continuously improving the way we deliver projects across the business.
