Job summary

Partale Talent is partnering with a SaaS technology business recruiting a Customer Support Officer to join a collaborative team in Sydney. The role combines customer service with technical support, assisting users, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring high-quality service across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with Development, Product and Customer Success teams, contribute to knowledge base creation, and help drive ongoing improvements to product

Qualifications

Experience in a Customer Support, Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
Strong Excel data formatting and manipulation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to investigate issues methodically and identify root causes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, ticketing systems, and online meetings.
Troubleshoot software issues and assist with bug investigations.
Collaborate with Development, Product and Customer Success teams.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Support client onboarding activities, including data imports and formatting.
Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
