Job summary

OneStream is seeking an Account Executive for AUS & NZ to drive new business growth across a defined territory, focusing on net-new logos and mid-market to enterprise clients. You will own pipeline generation, engage C-level stakeholders, and present tailored SaaS solutions that address finance transformation needs.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity, manage complex sales cycles, and achieve quota with a hunter mindset in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas through net-new acquisition.
• Experience in prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing complex deals.
• Hunter mindset with outbound efforts to convert leads from multiple channels.
• Articulating solution value to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Strong command of MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen to align solutions with client goals.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with speed and discipline.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Pre-Sales.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting and leads.
• Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Value Communication: Articulate differentiators through presentations.

• Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery sessions and demos to align solutions.
