Job summary

Viva Energy Retail in South Australia is seeking an experienced Capability Specialist to uplift store capability across the OTR and Reddy Express networks on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. You will coach Store Managers and field leaders, embedding practical training practices and a Store Manager–led model to sustain capability and high standards in operations across South Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and building capability in retail environments.
• Proven coaching and facilitation skills with leaders at all levels.
• Change and capability uplift delivery within multi-site networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on capability support to SA stores across OTR and Reddy Express.
• Coach Store Managers to own and deliver training within their stores.
• Support field leaders during the transition to a Store Manager-led model.
• Guide embedding of training tools, routines and standards for long-term ownership.
• Deliver training aligned to Operations Training framework and design standards.
• Identify local capability gaps and mitigate delivery risks via field support.
• Share insights to strengthen training design and improvement initiatives.
• Support rollout of new training programs and business change projects across SA.
