Job summary

The Hassett Group is seeking a hands-on sales leader to grow its presence across South Australia and lead a small local team. You will build strong relationships with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and distributors to drive product specification and grow market share.

In this role you’ll own the SA sales strategy, develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts, pricing and margins, while coaching the local sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong architecture and design industry relationships.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Experience driving product specification.
• Strong commercial awareness across pricing and margins.
• Proven people leadership and coaching capability.
• Strong strategic planning and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the SA sales strategy and territory plan.
• Build relationships across the architecture and design community.
• Drive product specification with architects, designers and consultants.
• Identify and win new customers and market opportunities.
