Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Demand Planning / IBP Manager for Australia and New Zealand to own end-to-end demand planning, S&OP and inventory coordination. You will consolidate forecasts, identify risks and partner with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive actions that improve forecast accuracy.

You will oversee national supply planning, safety stock, and buy processes, while delivering regional reporting and power-user support for Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Significant experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or related roles.
• Formal training or certification in demand planning, S&OP or IBP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain top-down demand forecasts by channel, aligned to targets and trading expectations.
• Consolidate bottom-up forecasts by category, style and SKU with supply constraints in mind.
• Lead cross-functional S&OP processes and drive a single view of demand.
• Manage national supply planning to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory metrics and optimize stock levels and turnover.
• Maintain Blue Yonder demand-planning inputs and enable system-based forecasting.
• Prepare APAC demand, S&OP reporting and regional performance presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
