Kingston Human Capital in Brisbane is seeking a Training Lead to drive the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud training strategy for a Finance Modernisation Project. You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs that prepare staff and stakeholders for the ECC6 to S/4HANA transition and ensure business readiness.

Reporting to the Project Manager and leading a small team, you will create materials, run workshops and virtual sessions, assess learning outcomes, and align training with change

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design and delivery of training programs for organisational change.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives on large ICT projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
• Experience delivering training programs in an adult learning environment.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative, high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall strategy for S/4HANA training for staff and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training materials and activities.
• Develop tailored training content (guides, eLearning, workbooks, guides).
• Coordinate training schedules and deliver sessions in person, virtually and blended formats.
• Create evaluation strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Support alignment between change management and project deliverables.
