Job summary

CommonAI CIC is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to Panopticon, a Rust-based AI framework designed for high-assurance environments. You will work on secure execution, multi-model validation, and AI-assisted development, collaborating with members to translate compliance protocols into production-ready software.

Ideal candidates have deep Rust experience, strong security focus, and a track record building scalable, audited systems using LLMs and AI copilots in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven Rust experience and systems programming expertise.
• Strong security-minded coding and governance practices.
• Experience using LLMs and AI agents for development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core Panopticon components in Rust.
• Develop secure execution environments and validation pipelines.
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents to accelerate feature development.
• Architect integrations with foundation models and user environments.
• Review AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness.
