Job summary

Norco, Australia’s oldest dairy co-operative, is seeking a Store Person / Delivery Driver for our Toowoomba team on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll be hands-on delivering rural products to farms, supporting in-store operations and building strong relationships with customers across the region.

This role requires a clean HR licence (min HR) with a strong safety mindset, forklift licence, and availability to work Saturdays as rostered. A police check and pre-employment medical may apply.

Qualifications

• HR licence (minimum HR) with a clean safety record.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in warehouse, delivery or rural retail environments.
• Strong WHS awareness and road/traffic law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and safely storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse per WHS requirements.
• Delivering rural products safely and reliably to farms and local businesses.
• Navigating rural routes for accurate, timely deliveries.
• Assisting across rural retailing, including sales, merchandising and yard work.
• Providing friendly, solution-focused customer service at the counter, on the road and in the yard.
