Job summary

Vital Health’s 2027 New Graduate Program offers structured clinical support with diverse paediatric and community caseloads across Western Queensland and NSW regions.

You’ll work in clinic, school and outreach settings, gaining experience with a multidisciplinary team and building your skills through guided development and outreach opportunities. Eligibility includes an approved Speech Pathology qualification and membership, with relocation options and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Hold or will hold a recognised Speech Pathology qualification.
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• Have full Australian working rights.
• Hold a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied paediatric and community Speech Pathology caseload.
• Provide services across clinic, school, kindergarten and community settings.
• Participate in supported outreach services to smaller rural and remote communities.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case conferencing for complex client needs.
• Develop clinical skills through structured support and learning opportunities.
