Job summary

Health Workforce in Roma, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver services across clinic, outreach and telehealth settings. You will contribute to assessment, intervention and ongoing client management within a multidisciplinary team.

Permanent full-time position with opportunities for mentorship, professional development and involvement in service development. Relocation and accommodation support, travel reimbursement and access to a company vehicle are available

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
• Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible).
• Registration with AHPRA (if applicable) or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services across clinic, outreach and telehealth settings.
• Conduct assessment, develop interventions and manage ongoing client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support coordinated care.
• Participate in outreach services to surrounding communities as required.
• Provide structured supervision and mentorship for early career clinicians.
