Job summary

Gloucester Soldiers Memorial Hospital, part of Hunter New England Local Health District, invites a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its rural team in Gloucester. You will deliver safe, compassionate care in acute ward and Emergency Department, working with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a supportive rural setting.

Essential registration with AHPRA is required; ED experience is valued, with opportunities for professional development and strong community

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Emergency Department experience is highly regarded; willingness to learn emergency skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care in the acute ward and/or Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with RN, EN, AIN, GP, VMO and Allied Health to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the facility.
