Job summary
Gloucester Soldiers Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rural healthcare team. Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in an Emergency Department setting is highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and develop emergency nursing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based care in the acute ward and/or Emergency Department.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to achieve positive health outcomes with the MDT.
- Collaborate with General Practitioners, Visiting Medical Officers and Allied Health professionals.
- Support junior Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing in daily activities.
