Job summary

Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking a qualified podiatrist to join our allied health team across our Kyabram, Stanhope and Tongala campuses. You will deliver podiatry services to community outpatients, acute, residential aged care and outreach clients.

You will work to improve foot health, support mobility, and promote self-care while upholding KDHS values of inclusion and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification and registration with AHPRA
• Ability to provide podiatry services to a diverse client base
• Awareness of the public health system and funding streams
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medicare Provider number for KDHS
• KDHS values adherence
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• NDIS registration
• Vaccination evidence – Flu
• Current Drivers Licence

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry services across KDHS sites and outreach
• Increase community knowledge on foot health and mobility
• Deliver safe and comprehensive podiatric services to high-risk clients
• Encourage self-management of foot health where appropriate
