Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager – Level 2 in Tumbarumba, NSW. This role leads a nursing unit, directs day-to-day operations and drives high-quality, patient-centred care in a rural setting.

You will manage staff, resources and clinical services to deliver safe, efficient healthcare. Eligible applicants will be Registered Nurses with AHPRA and strong leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Experience leading nursing teams in rural or clinical settings.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
