Job summary

Murrumbidgee Local Health District in Wagga Wagga is recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager – Level 2 to provide clinical and operational leadership across the Ambulatory Care Service. You will oversee service coordination, workforce management and continuous improvement to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centred care.

The role requires current AHPRA registration and substantial senior nursing leadership experience in ambulatory or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Senior nursing leadership experience in ambulatory, outpatient or community care.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate clinical services, patient pathways and care planning.
