Qualifications

• Current NMBA RN registration via AHPRA.
• Postgraduate qualifications in nursing and/or financial management desirable.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary rural acute nursing practice.
• Executive-level experience in leading health services with budget focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical leadership across nursing, medical and allied health teams.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the rural MPHS to ensure safe, effective care.
• Manage people and resources with workforce and financial oversight.
