Qualifications
- Current registration as an RN with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex health environments.
- Strong governance, quality, financial and workforce leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver safe, person-centred care across health and aged care.
- Strengthen clinical governance, quality and risk systems to improve outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with staff, community members and stakeholders to address needs.
- Manage resources, workforce planning and priorities for sustainable services.
