Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia seeks a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Wellbeing Team across Western NSW, with a focus on Broken Hill, Dubbo and surrounding communities. You will deliver advanced clinical assessments, evidence-based treatment planning and care coordination for people with complex mental health needs.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic support, cross-cultural care and outreach services, including travel by 4WD and light

Qualifikationen

• Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Mental Health.
• Registered with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Significant rural/remote population health experience.
• Experience in cross-cultural settings.
• Experience with families, couples and groups.

• Provide advanced clinical assessments and diagnostic expertise.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and case management.
• Support MHNIP guidelines and outreach to remote communities.
