Qualifications

• Medical qualification recognised in Australia and Fellowship or equivalent
• Experience in clinical teaching and medical education
• Ability to manage teaching schedules, placements and assessments
• Maintain active clinical practice at Echuca Regional Health
• Strong organisational and administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver high quality general medicine teaching, tutorials and clinical learning activities for RCS students.
• Coordinate student placements, ward rounds and inpatient experiences in medicine with Echuca Regional Health medical and education teams.
• Orientate students to Echuca Regional Health wards and processes, and provide ongoing guidance on professional conduct and skills.
• Contribute to assessment design, in-term assessments and examinations, ensuring fair, transparent and standards-aligned student evaluation.
• Participate in departmental committees, RCS educator meetings, and relevant research activities, including supervising student research projects.
