Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in Wagga Wagga NSW is seeking a Training Program Advisor to join our NSW-based team. You will manage registrars' training posts, provide guidance through accreditation and in-practice training, and act as the point of contact for Fellowship progression.

The role requires energy, self-motivation and the ability to coordinate training documentation, placement activity and registrar wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Manage registrar training posts and coordinate training progression.
• Provide guidance through accreditation and in-practice training delivery.
• Coordinate registrar wellbeing and placement activities.

Responsabilités

• Provision of training support services to registrars, supervisors and training posts across an allocated region.
• Ensure training documentation and data is updated and accurate to monitor and coordinate the training progress registrars.
• Work with the team to coordinate and manage registrar placement activity.
• Promote and support registrar wellbeing.
• Support events, education and networking activities.
• Regional and Remote travel and out of hours work maybe required.
