Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Regional Training Hub Coordinator to strengthen rural medical training pathways across South Australia. Working within the Rural Education team, you will coordinate programs, events and initiatives that enhance student and trainee experiences and support workforce development.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers flexibility to be based at any Rural and Remote Health SA campus and the opportunity to build partnerships with health services, government agencies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs and events, with the ability to manage activities through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and influence positive outcomes across a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills, including experience interpreting policies, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating high-quality programs, services, events and learning opportunities that support medical students and trainees pursuing rural training pathways.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with health services, government agencies, industry partners and other stakeholders to expand rural medical training opportunities.
• Providing expert advice, operational support and guidance to students, academics and healthcare professionals on Regional Training Hub initiatives and pathways.
• Supporting project delivery, reporting, evaluation and promotional activities to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the Regional Training Hub across South Australia.
