Job summary
Flinders University is seeking a Regional Training Hub Coordinator to support and strengthen rural medical training pathways across South Australia. The role collaborates with academic leaders, health services, and industry partners to coordinate programs, events and initiatives that enhance student experiences and workforce development.
You will build meaningful stakeholder relationships while contributing to the growth of the Regional Training Hub across regional communities.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects, programs and events across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication with diverse groups.
- Ability to analyse data and report on outcomes and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-quality programs, services, events and learning opportunities for medical students and trainees.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with health services, government agencies, industry partners and stakeholders to expand rural training.
- Provide advice, operational support and guidance on Regional Training Hub initiatives and pathways.
