Job summary

Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an experienced Grader Operator in Duaringa to join the Rural Maintenance Crew. The role focuses on plant operation and labouring duties to maintain roads and town facilities across the Central Highlands region.

You will be part of a well-established team, with opportunities to develop skills in a supportive environment and to work in a camp setting when required. Australian citizens or eligible visa holders are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a grader on roads or road maintenance projects.
• Willing to stay in rural camp environments when required.
• Previous civil construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to carry out road maintenance and grading tasks across the Central Highlands region.
• Assist in laboring duties and support the rural crew.
• Contribute to safety, quality and productivity on site.
