Job summary

Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (Level 2) to join our team at Penshurst Campus, delivering person-centred care in rural health and aged care settings. Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Commitment to providing safe, person-centred and evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Current Driver's Licence
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if required)
• Rights to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care.
• Participate in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Work collaboratively with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and practise within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
• Support orientation, mentoring and preceptorship activities while acting as a positive role model within the clinical environment.
