The role includes phlebotomy, IV cannulation, IDC/NGT management, and rapid response to deteriorating patients, with opportunities for professional development and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Full patient assessments including cardiac and respiratory evaluation.
• Phlebotomy, IV cannulation and IDC/NGT care.
• Recognising and responding to deteriorating patients.
• Triage and resuscitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full patient assessments and clinical care across ED and general wards.
• Carry out phlebotomy, IV cannulation and IDC/NGT management as required.
• Identify deterioration early and initiate appropriate escalation and resuscitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely patient care.
