Job summary

Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network invites applications for a Project Officer - Education and Training within the Rural Generalist Program. This full-time, temporary role supports statewide training initiatives across SA and offers flexible working arrangements.

You will coordinate complex projects, engage stakeholders from health services, universities and government, analyse workforce data and prepare briefing papers and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across government, health services, universities and training providers.
• Experience researching, analysing and interpreting workforce, education or training data to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication and consultation skills for reports, briefing papers and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of Rural Generalist Program initiatives across SA.
• Coordinate complex statewide projects, trainings and stakeholder engagement to meet milestones.
• Analyse workforce and training data to inform planning and improvement.
• Develop partnerships with Local Health Networks, universities and government agencies.
• Prepare high-quality reports and project documentation, monitor progress and risks.
