Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Eligibility for membership to Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience in assessment and management of communication and/or swallowing disorders.
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and with stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and commitment to reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Speech Pathology caseload across acute, aged care and community settings.
• Actively contribute to the operation of the Speech Pathology Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide client-centred care.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners for service delivery.
• Attend relevant committees and team meetings as required.
